Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, as we commit to hotels, transport operators, and airlines on your behalf well in advance, cancellations involve administrative costs and non-refundable deposits made to these third parties.

All cancellation requests must be communicated to Ibriin Holidays in writing via email to ibriinholidays@gmail.com.

Standard Domestic Packages (Kashmir & Ladakh)

Umrah Packages

Umrah packages involve strict policies from Saudi hotels, airlines, and visa authorities.

• Once the Umrah Visa is processed, the Visa fee is 100% non-refundable.
• Flight tickets are subject to the specific airline's cancellation policy. Group tickets are generally non-refundable.
• Hotel cancellations for Makkah and Madinah are subject to the hotel's specific terms. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Hajj, School Holidays), hotels often apply a 100% non-refundable policy upon booking.

For standard Umrah package components (excluding flights and visas), the standard domestic cancellation slab applies unless specified otherwise in your booking invoice.

Flight Tickets

All flight ticket cancellations are processed strictly as per the airline's cancellation policy. Our service fee for booking the ticket is non-refundable. Additional airline cancellation charges will apply.

Force Majeure

If a tour is cancelled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, curfews, or strikes), Ibriin Holidays will attempt to secure credit notes from hotels and transporters for future travel. However, cash refunds in such scenarios are strictly subject to what we can recover from our suppliers.
